- Directly carry out high-level and specialized business consultancy when necessary; orient and lead IT and Business Units/Functions in analysis, business consultancy; gather and handle business requirements in strategic initiatives.
- Monitor to ensure the quality of strategic initiatives implementation
- Provide consultancy to improve product requirements and technical solutions to management; collaborate with IT and business to prioritize strategic initiatives to align with business units and Technology division.
- Coordinate with Centers/Units to ensure that all strategic initiatives related to technology are fully implemented and tailored to the needs of business. This includes building clear IT requirements, implementing on schedule, ensuring quality and compliance with the Bank's strategic requirements.
- Participate in action planning, be able to coordinate work plan to achieve highest effectiveness
