- Business Development for new clients who are currently sourcing products from other pump companies, or have not yet had a need to purchase pumps to date
- Client visits and responsible for sales territory and growing customer number in the territory to meet allocated sales budget set in conjunction with the Managing Director
-Up to date notes and records in CRM system Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of products
- Understand client requirements and assist the Internal Technical Sales Engineers to provide quotations
- Negotiate the price in line pricing strategy and confirm contract terms and conditions to meet both the client and company needs
- Provide technical support as required for the wider company team
- Prepare reporting and deliver presentations as required for the Managing Director
- Provide input and feedback on market requirements for management to make informed decisions to improve

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or similar, or proven practical experience in pumps or related industries
- Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
- Proven strong sales and negotiation skills
- High level of computer proficiency including CRM database experience and Microsoft Office, particularly
- Microsoft Excel Proven ability to draft and execute a detailed business plan for allocated territory -
- Strong command of the English language, including professional level proficiency in reading and writing
