Job Purpose
Ensure that Company has an efficient Supply Chain to support stores that delivers excellent Service Culture and Customer experience
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure day to day operations for the Supply Chain is functioning to KPIs set
2. Ensure Service Level in stores is maintained as a function of an efficient Purchasing team, Warehouse team and Logistics team, maintaining Out of Stock (OOS) as target
3. Develop an optimization plan which allows Company Supply Chain to support expansion whilst reducing Cost Ration to Sales.
4. Develop a warehouse and logistics optimization plan to improves lines per Supply chain head count
5. Ensure entire Supply chain supports growth ambitions (Warehousing and Logistics). Exit existing Warehousing and ensure the new warehouse can support business growth for next 5 years, develop national logistics network.
6. Ensuring compliance with the standards of GDP (Goods Distribution Practices) and GSP (Good Storage Practice). Ensuring we are up to date on changes in law, and have the right processes in place to ensure we meet these laws
7. Leadership of large team. Must give strong leadership to Purchasing, demand planning, logistics and warehousing teams

- Bachelor Degree, Science or Engineering preferred
- In a position of Leadership for > 8 years
- In Technical Supply Chain role for > 5 years
- Strong leadership skills
- Technical Supply chains skills across forecasting, purchasing, Warehouse development (LEAN understanding is a must, Six Sigma a benefit)
- Communication skills, Must be coachable
- Excellent English
