- Taking responsible for developing business including marketing and sales activities of Aluminum formwork product in North of Vietnam
- Preparing and implementing the marketing strategies
- Preparing and implementing sales plan to achieve the given sales objective (turnover, gross profit)
- developing and expanding the market share for Company product in all channels (distributor sales and project sales)
- developing the customer database and maintaining relationship with current customers
- Managing the schedule, activity plan and budget plan for the sales and marketing team
- Monitoring the sales and marketing team, training team members with respect to prices, delivery times, technical developments and market information
- Researching market information, proposing the market analysis and advices about market demands
- Holding performance and assessment interviews
- Coordinating with other department to successfully deliver the Company goals"

- Technical background in construction, architect, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
- At least 5 year experience for marketing and sales in Aluminum formwork industry
- At least 4 year experience in managing team with strong leadership
- Strong command of English ( written and verbal)
- Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD
- Material knowledge and industry overall
- Strong problem solving skill and interpersonal skill
- Ability to deliver sales target under high pressure
