In the Industrial and Manufacturing team at Navigos Search, I am a reliable Technical Consultant with a hard-working attitude and a keen eye for details. Before joining Navigos Search, I had already had headhunting experience at another agency and familiar with the process of candidate sourcing, screening, as well as communication with clients.
As a Consultant, I have to process a great amount of resumes every day and must be able to sort and select accurately in accordance with each position’s job description. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maximising performance by working closely alongside, supporting, challenging and influencing the Supply Chain Management Team.
* Providing advice, guidance, and influence/strengthen decision making in Supply Chain.
* Creating cost and efficiency analyses/ cases.
* Supporting the planning cycle of Supply Chain including month end closure process.
* Defining transfer pricing of the export products.
* Planning export revenue, cost and other variable costs of production.
* Participating in TPM activities.
* Coordinating of Supply Chain volumes planning.
* Manage/lead/support complex SC efficiency programmes locally.
* Create a high performing Supply Chain Controlling team through leadership, individual/ team development plans, effective performance management, on the job coaching and constantly raising standards.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
* Over 5 years of experience in the area of controlling.
* Good understanding of Supply Chain Processes.
* Good analytical skills.
* Challenging approach & influencing skills.
* Experience in leading change.
* Excellent written and verbal communications at all levels.
* Language proficiency in English and Burmese.
* Skills and preparation of good cases.
