- PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) related to all system risk countermeasures (assurance of confidentiality /completeness /availability)
- Supporting the establishment/operation of IT-related internal control (ITCLC, ITGC, ITAC)
- Establishment and application of IT-BCP
20. IT maintenance/operation/management
- Maintenance/operation of all company systems (including malfunction countermeasures)

Bachelor or master degree in HR or related fields.
At least 7 years working as managerial level as HR director/ HR manager
Having working experiences in manufacturing companies is a plus
Can work under high pressure, and has good leadership skills
