I am a veteran in HR management and Talent acquisition practice with more than 7 years of experience working for a financial conglomerate. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up & build up domestic business for frozen meat, frozen seafood.
- Negotiate sales contracts to Key account customers and factories in Vietnam.
- Develop business to the domestic market, distributors, build up effective relationships with importers to ensure business activities smoothly and expand directions and supporting services with partners.
- Strong market analys and recommendation to help promote suitable product, and other commodities in Vietnamese market by sourcing and buying with factories to set up own-brand.
- Following up and joining in Exhibitions at Vietnam and International to show up the products and building up connections between buyers and sellers to develop trading business growth.

Requirements
- English competency
- Able to work independently with multi-task skills
- Able to maintain strong motivation and work ethics as all other home-based job
- Experienced in frozen or fresh food international trading, meat preferably
- Experienced in import/export procedure, domestic and international exhibition, maintain and develop distributors.
