RESPONSIBILITIES
Navigos Search's client, Japanese manufacturing in Thang Long industrial zone,Hanoi is looking for Senior production manager with main duties as below:
In charge of factory production, QC QA of workshops:
- Planning and implementing production plan, ensuring progress delivery.
- Direct monitor in process of production, solve productive problems if they happen
- Working in co-ordination with the production managers, product Engineers to achieve Optimum Production;
- Overall in charge of quantity and quality of product
- Other duties
* Working time: Mon to Fri + 2 Sats/month
** Support shuttle bus from Hanoi to company

Requirements
Male, over 35 years old, bechlor degree in technical or chemical
English: Good (interview + working)
Have experience to work as Production manager and QAQC manager over 3 years at Japanese Mechanical company (company size: >300 employees)
