RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Organize, manage and administer the activities of the Unsecured lending Risk Management for Small Business and Retail banking
- Plan the development strategy for the Department in the short and long term.
- Ensure the best use of resources to manage and operate the Department's activities in order to achieve the targets assigned by the bank and established orientations.
- Develop quality human resources for credit policy work, analysis and early warning, credit appraisal for corporate customer segment..
- Advise the Board of Management and functional departments in the development of policies, products, early warning tools, credit risk identification for the corporate customer segment, and at the same time proposing measures to control/limit the detected risks for corporate customers.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Graduate
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- At least 08 years of management experience
- English: TOEIC 700 or equivalent
