Background • Bachelor’s degree in Law • 3-5 years' post-admission experience (Mix of private law firm and In-house experience is the best) • Administrative and commercial law experience Experience • Good knowledge of contract law and management, and corporate governance • Strong self-starter and collaborator, quick-thinker/researcher/decision maker and strong self-managed legal issues finding and solving skills required, able to manage project and navigate the business department members.. Able to come into a quick moving environment and quickly assess priorities and focus • Ability to strongly support and challenge commercial business colleagues to seek business purpose, but simultaneously, need to influence them to be compliant with the law and also corporate policies and processes • Drive and determination to deliver outstanding results as the company’s grows in the region • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience in international contracts and business • Excellent communication skills and a reputation for being a valued partner to business clients: quick thinker, with a clear and concise communicator style • Professional approach to handling issues and relationships • Relevant tertiary qualification
