Recruitment Consultant at Navigos Search - Industrial Manufacturing
The key responsibility is to align HR plans with business strategies and provide high level of professional and operational support to business leaders, and at the same time ensure the local HR policies are aligned to Group HR initiatives and policies
Design, develop, implement and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives, strategies and policies required to support the current and future growth needs for the business.
Provide HR functions with vision, direction and leadership with key account abilities including organisation development, staffing and retention, employee and labor relations, and compensation & benefits.
Implement the performance management and reward system
Align HR practices and policies with Corporate HR
Ensure HR practices complies with the country’s labour and environmental law, safety and risk assessment.
Responsible for manpower budgeting and headcount.
Responsible for HR information systems
Responsible for talent management implementation which include talent identification, development and succession planning.
Provide support to departments in general affairs matters such as car, accommodation, travel arrangements etc.

More than 10 years of strong HR Generalist and managerial experience including direct responsibility providing hands-on operational HR support to Management team and employees within a regional intercultural organization
University degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration. Additional professional HR qualification will be a plus
Good knowledge of local labour laws and practices
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
