RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees the Risk Management & Compliance department, the Trading Desk department, the Technology Solutions team, and the IT department
• Supports the strategic and operational needs for all front offices, middle offices and back offices across the company; improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of company goals, particularly support better reporting, information flow and management, technology solutions, business process and organizational planning
• Coordinates the company’s annual strategic planning process and staff conference
• Assists in improving and implementing a new investment management system(s) and other IT tools/solutions for the company
• Assists in improving financial budgets and compensation schemes to better motivate employees and align incentives with company goals
• Develops, coordinates, communicates and helps implement plans to support company goals and initiatives designed to improve company financial performance, operations and culture
• Establishes project timelines for the company goals and initiatives, mobilizes and manages individuals and/or teams charged with executing specific initiatives, and monitors results to ensure company goals and initiatives are met
• Performs analyses to 1) identify points of commonality of processes and data used across the company and/or 2) identify control gaps in processes and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Manages and motivates staff to meet or surpass company and individual goals
• Fosters a success-oriented, high-performance, accountable environment within the company
• Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• At least 10 years of investment management, investment banking or operational management in financial services
• Skilled in Excel and comfortable with quantitative analysis
• Fluent in English and conversational Vietnamese
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
