JOB SUMMARY
Manage of a team including Sales, Marcom and Technical support to achieve the yearly sales, as defined by the corporate strategy for Vietnam, namely
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Scientific Department including plan, strategies and develop segment according to direction and overall strategies determined by the company.
• Achieve the goals and business target of the assigned territory
• Act as a leader in the Scientific segment to coach, motivate, and develop the team
• Address issues and resolve problems, internal and external.
• Build and develop strong sales channel by direct team and distributorship management
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
• Actively leverage and work with all business units on the total offering of company products and businesses in order to achieve significant overall growth for the company in the region
• Participate actively in country leadership and regional business unit leadership meetings and provide leadership in overall business coordination strategies and initiatives across the region
• Support company Quality Management System and improvement program.
• Compliance to company policy, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum bachelor degree in Science ( Master/PhD degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science is preferred);
• At least 5 years of sales and management experience in handling analytical instrumentation;
• Experience in Scientific range of product such as Elemental Analysis, Optical & Molecular Spectroscopy, Surface Science and Thin Film Characterization, Particle Characterization is preferred;
• Experience working in Multinational Corporation environment with matrix reporting across country, business units and functional ground will be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Proactive, result-oriented and highly skilled in terms of relationship management, communication and persuasion;
• Domestic and some regional travel is required;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power point, word).
