RESPONSIBILITIES
Description:
* Survey and research about companies in Vietnam
* Investigate information on industry
* Investigate of circulation of Vietnamese Market
* Create documents related to M&A
* Support for your clients to survey and create documents.
* Main task is related to M&A or industrial survey for Japanese companies
* If you apply for Manage level you will responsibility for Manage Hanoi New office and report for Japanese Director

Requirements
- Japanese Fluent, Level N1 or above
- From 3 years working in Consulting firm (related to M&A, Market research, Banking or Real Estate Consulting)
- Having knowledge of M&A and Market research
- Can go business trip for Singapore, Japan etc...
* Prefer
- Candidates have accounting finance background,can understand BS, P&L, real estate market
- Candidates have experience in Big4 Companies (Deloitte,PWC,E&Y,KPMJ) or experience in Japanese Consulting firms
