With more than 3 years working in the field, I am responsible for placing hundreds of candidates for a leading technology corporation in Vietnam before joining Navigos Search. I have also enriched my knowledge about the industry as a researcher, collecting insights, working with big data and analysing recruitment and human resources trends to support effective recruitment strategy and approach.
At Navigos Search, I work closely with other colleagues to assist clients on recruiting candidates in Electrical & Electronics and Automotive sectors. I have successfully placed numerous positions for both global and local manufacturers. I am the manager of Recruiter’s Club as I believe that “success is about what you motivate and inspire others to do”.
I have a thirst for knowledge and am not afraid to start small and go the extra mile to deliver quality and effective results to client and my team. I am able to put everybody at ease as I always seek to provide a win-win result to all parties.
1. Deploy trial production line for new model (NPI line):
- Coordinate with production process group to deploy trial production line.
- Predict possible problems on new lines with new models, thereby suggesting improvements.
2. Summarize and solve issues related to product quality:
- In the first stage of development, control the trial production process and then analyze and solve all problems related to hardware, mechanics, software, packaging ...
- In the mass production phase: transfer the history of the development phase to the Production Technology division. Continue to analyze and solve new problems.
3. Tracking and managing change (ECN):
- Evaluate the requirements of technical changes from production side related to process, operation, design.
- Transfer the request to the relevant department and ensure the application process changes.
