With more than 3 years working in the field, I am responsible for placing hundreds of candidates for a leading technology corporation in Vietnam before joining Navigos Search. I have also enriched my knowledge about the industry as a researcher, collecting insights, working with big data and analysing recruitment and human resources trends to support effective recruitment strategy and approach.
At Navigos Search, I work closely with other colleagues to assist clients on recruiting candidates in Electrical & Electronics and Automotive sectors. RESPONSIBILITIES
'Develop new and/or make modifications to RF/Wireless structure and Antenna products with complex innovative features using electromechanical principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

Requirements
'Technical skills:
. BS/ MS/ PhD in Electronic Engineering.
. At least 10 years of professional experience in hardware RF and Antenna design.
. Extensive hardware design experience.
. Extensive board-level troubleshooting experience.
. Characterize antenna performance by conducting electrical test such as VSWR, near and far field gain measurements and SAR tests.
. Using computer simulation and experimental techniques perform engineering work in modification of existing, and design of new advanced antennas and antenna products.
. Develop layout drawing and specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansions; setting up prototypes and conducting engineering tests.
. Work as part of engineer design team to develop new RF related producted.
. Update and apply new technology to design mobile devices: 5G (sub-6 & mmWave)
Soft skills:
. Good communication in English language.
. Have good presentation skill.
. Can work both indepently and in team.
. Work under high pressure.
. Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skill.
. Team management skill is a plus.
