Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Takes the lead across all aspects of the Company and determines the Company’s core values, mission, vision, as well as short-term and long-term goals.
• Provides strategic direction of the Company and ensures that the Company’s goals, mission and objectives are achieved.
• Oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and are consistent with the Company’s overall strategy and mission.
• Oversees the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
• Works with upper management and enables the development and implementation of strategies and goals.
• Formulates the Company’s policies; decides/guides courses of action in operations by upper management and staff.
• Assures all legal documents are compliant with laws and regulations.
• Assesses risks to the company and ensures that they are monitored and minimized.
• Builds a positive culture that sets the Company apart from competitors and attracts the best talents.
• Assures that the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong and positive image to stakeholders and public.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and Master degree in business administrations.
• 7+ years of experience in the managerial business position.
• In-depth understanding of corporate governance and performance management principles; strong business acumen.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, delegate and oversee a multitude of departments effectively.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding leadership skills.
