Having at least 8-10 years of experience, ideally in the consumer/retail industry or coming from Big4.  Experienced in financial planning, forecast and financial reporting (VAS & IFRS) Holding Accounting/Finance qualifications.  Chief Accountant Certificate is the MUST.  CPA/ACCA/CFA is desired. Experienced as manager level in mid-sized to large size foreign companies previously. Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation.  Understanding of investment law is preferred. Proven experience in change management, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, hands-on, logical, result oriented and ability to work under high workload. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to present to large groups Strong analytical thinking, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Good at English.  Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
