With more than 5 years working in the human resources industry, I am to offer excellent customer service to clients and insightful advices to candidates. Prior to joining Navigos Search, I had 3 years working as a HR and Admin specialist, responsible for recruiting a variety of positions for an insurance company. Doing both internal and external HR, I have a strong background in talent development, talent acquisition and training.
At Navigos Search, as a recruitment consultant, I cover senior to mid-management levels search for companies operating in Oil & Gas, Energy & Heavy Industry, and Telecommunications sectors for different positions within the organization such as Legal advisors, Team leaders, and SA managers.
