RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow products in the infusion division - the highest-revenue division of the Company
• Managing Marketing and all Sales Teams in the division
• Provide the vision and leadership for the creation of training modules, launch meetings, field sales training, incentive compensation plans, promotional materials, contracting (managed care and trade), systems, expense and sample tracking, among other multi-disciplinary areas.
• It is important for the Division Head to create a shared vision across all departments from the very beginning: legal, medical affairs, FIPCUS, regulatory and manufacturing.
• Lead the Vietnam members to assure alignment and lead strategies for global company growth. This includes business development opportunities and assessments of potential new brands to expand the portfolio.
• Direct all Marketing and Sales strategy to achieve company sales and profit objectives
• Play a critical role in the development and presentation of annual budgets and business plans
• Ensure that revenue and expense budgets are managed within mandated guidelines.
• Set strategies, direction, and focus for National Field Sales Director and Key Account Managers
• Direct the Sales Management Group in the development and implementation of all trade and distribution programs, bids and contracts and market share programs
• Meet routinely with the President and Senior Management group to provide updates on all business unit activities (sales and marketing) and other information as required
• Advise President and CEO on market trends, competitive information and sales performance in the relevant product market.
• Represent the company at professional industry meetings, trade shows, seminars, conventions, etc.
• Participate in establishing pricing strategy and tactics
