As a GA & HR Manager, the jobholder will be cover the following duties and responsibilities:
• Human Resource:
+ Work with human resources director in term of policy, strategic planning, recruitment and termination of department and higher, employees development, monthly meeting and reports.
+ Plan, implement, and monitor the manning guide, HR budget and plan, anual HR strategic
+ Be in charge of recruiting all supervisory and section head level employees and interviewing with knowledge about labor market trends and the sourcing of potential candidates.
+ Control and maintain effectiveness of probation, annual appraisal and HR function system for all employees.
+ Administer and control of employee movement, probation and performance reviews.
+ Manage internal and external vacancies
+ Communicate with managers, department heads and payroll so that all paperwork can be processed correctly and on time.
+ Make sure that all employees updated on the communicated information and development of the company
+ Assist and advise employees on all internal inquiries.
+ Conduct orientation program for new hire and exit interview for all supervisors and managers apart from the department head level.
+ Organize of all employee meetings and the employee function/events.
• Administration job:
+ Support visa, work permit, temporary resident card for Expats
+ Responsible for health, fire fighting and safety activities

• University Degree or higher.
• Must have 15-year experience in the HR/GA position of foreign manufacturing company
• Influent at English speaking and writing skill
• Good analytical, planning, organizational and problem solving skills
• Positive and flexible attitude, professionalism and punctuality at work
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese law.
