RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for initiation of market research requirements for all segments and projects to achieve the segments and projects’ objectives;
- Collaborate with Market Research, Customer Services and Sales to be responsible for development of market research and consumers research plans for all segments and projects;
- Collaborate with Market Research to be responsible for the quality management of Final Deliverables of Market Research to ensure the Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy are well- determined and in alignment with Business Strategy;
- Collaborate with Project Department to define the product positioning;
- Collaborate with branding division to be responsible for the Brand strategy that clearly identifies the product positioning and ensure the product brand are properly positioned and recognized in the market;
- Responsibility for development of Marketing plan to achieve the segments and projects’ objectives, including but not limited to project success and cost management
- Collaborate with branding and research divisions to be responsible for measurement of brand value and brand health at all segments and projects;
- Collaborate with communication division for development and management of communications strategy for all segments and projects to ensure the proper reflection of project brand positioning as well as achieving company’s objectives - including but not limited to project success and cost management;
- Collaborate with communication division for monitoring communications guidelines for all segments and projects to ensure the consistency and proper in message delivery reflected the project brand positioning;
- Collaborate with digital marketing division for development of digital marketing strategy for all Segments and Projects to achieve company’s objectives, including but not limited to project success and cost management;
- Collaborate with event/merchandising division to be responsible for development and management of direct marketing for all segments and projects to achieve the segments and projects’ objectives;
- Collaborate with event/merchandising division to be responsible for management of events for all segments and projects to achieve the segments and projects’ objectives, including but not limited to project success and cost management;
- Collaborate with event/merchandising division to be responsible for the production, decoration and procurement to support marketing and branding activities for all segments and projects;
- Collaborate with Branding and Design divisions to be responsible for monitoring brand guidelines is properly implemented within each segment and each project therein.
- Collaborate with digital marketing division for monitoring digital marketing guidelines for all Segments and Projects to ensure the consistency and proper in message delivery reflected the project brand positioning;
- Collaborate with event/merchandising division to be responsible for monitoring event guidelines for all Segments and Projects to ensure the consistency in organizing events and well reflect the project brand positioning;
- Initiate and be responsible for foundation management of division working process to ensure internal team follow compliantly and properly;
- Responsibility for updating division’s required data to the system properly;
- Responsibility for completion of financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs from time to time;
- Responsibility for implementation of other tasks as assigned;

- 5 years of experience at same positions in Real Estate
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects
- Strong leadership skill
- Speak fluently English, proficiency in computer
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and can work under pressure
