RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Job Duties:
1. Recruitment:
• Responsible for planning & implementation of recruitment, monitoring and ensure that the vacancies are deployed on schedule and to ensure the quality of input personnel.
• Proposal and manage of the Company's recruitment budget.
• Improve the Recruitment Process.
• Work with divisions, departments required to know the recruiting requirements for each position.
• Exploiting, finding and proposing effective recruitment channels. Building and maintaining relationships with organizations and units to cooperate in the field of recruitment.
• Build recruiting brand by coordinating related departments, marketing activities, Facebook content, universities or job centers related to recruitment.
• Searching, Screening the candidate’s CV and interviewing the suitable candidates to select the most suitable one.
• Supporting and coordinating with divisions/ department Heads in interviewing and evaluating the candidate’s competency.
• Hold interview and directly participate in interviewing, evaluating and selecting candidates.
• Build a database of potential candidates
• Making the weekly and monthly recruitment report.
2. Employee engagement
• Enhance communication culture
• Help employees know the purpose of the job:
• Creating a friendly working space with full facilities will help employees comfortable, work effectively and spend more time on the job.
