- Manage automobile in South and North, administration groups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales target.
- Set monthly and annual sales target by dealer and by sales staffs.
- Make all dealers follow EBR ( Enquiry, booking & retail) management thoroughly.
- Implement Dealer management system through whole Automobile dealers network.
- Educate staffs and dealer sales managers and staffs about soft skill of automobile sales regularly.
- Report sales situation based on EBR by dealer, by region to BODs regularly.

- English: communication (TOEIC score 800 or higher), MS office
- Automobile sales experience more than 5 years
- Management experience over 10 staffs more than 3 years
- Management skill: time management, motivating staffs and dealers, communication with internal and external parties
