The Job


1. Build Sourcing & Purchasing strategy for Fashion products
• Build sourcing & purchasing strategic plan, monitor and evaluate the implementation of overall annual plan
• Develop procedures for coordination of supply management with other functional department such as design & collection, marketing and sales, production, finance & HR department
• Participate in the coordination of technical changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
• Manage and be responsible for all Sourcing & Purchasing activities for Hanoia Fashion products.
2. Be in charge of Fashion product development
a) Sourcing & purchasing:
• Assign and monitor purchasing activities for Fashion products including: searching, selecting and evaluating suppliers to optimize the cost
• Assign and monitor sourcing activities such as researching new materials, techniques and know-how for Fashion products in order to develop design and find design inspiration as required by Art Director
b) Development:
• Be responsible for developing Fashion product sample in collaboration with Art Director
c) QC
• Be responsible for building quality standards for Fashion products
• Be responsible for quality testing, ensure output Fashion products from suppliers that will meet quality standards
3. Take care of Logistics activities
• Set up Logistics system and process
• Supervise import/export activities
• Monitor product shipment/ transportation: select and evaluate suppliers; optimize internal & external resources
• Collaborate with other teams to install furniture products at client home.
4. Other tasks as assigned by COO

• Education: bachelor degree
• Major: engineering, mechanism or related fields,… and related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience at the same position
• Knowledge:
o Technique drawing understanding
o Knowledge in fashion/ garment is a plus
• Skills:
o Analysis skills
o Leadership & project management skills
• Competences/ Attitude:
o Problem solving ability & Logical thinking
o Attention to details
o Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
