RESPONSIBILITIES

This Human Resources cum Admin Manager will report directly to the top management team, and will be the key role in human resources operations management for large-scale factory including some key tasks as below:
• Be responsible for human resources strategic planning and deployment of long and short-term HR plans in line with the Corporate target and business.
• Maintain and develop the corporate culture to create a stable and good working environment for all staff.
• Headcount planning, training programs, and KPI performance management to grow resources for the factory.
• Risk management planning and problem-solving are related to human resources management.
• Build and develop good internal and external relations with all employees and external business partners, especially employee relationship management.
• Supervising and management of work-related legal matters and deploying processes, procedures, and provisions of the company.
• Administration management task.
• Other tasks as per the company’s requirements.

• Experienced in working for a large-scale factory with a size >1,000 staff is preferable.
• Experienced in upgrading ERP systems for corporate is preferable.
