• Experience in strategy formulation, planning and implementation of business activities in the field of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in building, coordinating and leading the team to implement business plans according to processes, policies and in line with the common goals of the Sales Department.
• Experience in managing and coordinating organizational resources to support the performance of the Sales Department and meet future development needs.
• The ability to tailor the approach and communication of information to suit all levels from employee to leader to achieve effective work coordination
• A growth mindset with the ability to evaluate, provide constructive feedback, and lead the team toward individual and departmental goals
