• Recommending a strategy and plan to successfully penetrate into new markets and accounts.
• Increasing the sales volume and gross profit of your region, proposing action plans and winning new orders with new and prospective clients.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through sales but also importantly help develop a strong operations team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Manage the sales administration function, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.

• Responsible for managing the recruitment sales & delivery team in Vietnam (as the team grows), developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence throughout Vietnam region.
• Ensure that all representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of CXC Global Asia's Code of Conduct.
• Researching candidates for existing clients and new clients
• Placement of candidates for new and existing clients
• Providing leadership and guidance to not only their team members but where necessary other staff.
• Attending and taking a lead role in company / client events and representing the company in a professional manner.
• Assisting in training and assist in developing new training initiatives as required.
• Ensuring the Directors are aware of potential issues and escalating issues as required.
• Negotiating rates (within agreed parameters) with clients across the team, both contract and permanent.
• Overseeing and management of client accounts existing and new.
• Maintaining awareness of trends and news relevant to the team, clients and industry.
• Conducting client meetings with team members where necessary
