* Create a menu that is unique and consistent with the Korean concept: meats with sauces, side dishes, fried foods, and so on.
* Control and supervision of food processing
* Monitor customer experience metrics and keep food costs under control
* Inspect and monitor Concept restaurant compliance to ensure they meet the Group's standards.
* Staff training in food processing and product evaluation. Pricing to ensure that quality costs and standards are met.
