We would like to find Account Manager who will serve as the liaison between companies and customers. This position core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers by serving as the primary point of contact.
• Customers can receive assistance via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
• With major accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, establish a trusted advisor relationship.
• Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Communicate the status of monthly/quarterly efforts to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Accept responsibility for completing new and varied requests and look for ways to add value to job successes to improve the department's and organization's reputation.
• On a daily basis, responsible for keeping current clients delighted and providing great client care.
• Customer usage of our product is monitored and analyzed.
• Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or other related fields
