RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the company's development strategy, which is in charge of production and technology management to meet KPIs.
2. Creating an enterprise production operation plan; in charge of deploying the production departments' implementation.
3. Establish macro strategy, direct and oversee the formulation and implementation of micro regulations, and manage firm production and business.
4. In charge of overseeing internal operations and the public relations handling protocol.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; a master's in a technical field related to the one being studied is desirable.
2. Very strong spoken and written English proficiency.
3. Five years in a senior managerial position and more than 15 years of related expertise in the manufacturing of technology.
4. Strong analytical proficiency, excellent project management, operations and production management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Has EMS industry experience and is conversant with PCBA/SMT manufacturing procedures.
6. Has expertise in teambuilding, training, and development of employees.
