The Job


Has a thorough understanding of the company's objectives and strategy and can supervise the planning and implementation of the workforce, including hiring, training, retention, internal manpower transfers, and layoffs.

Maintains records of transactions, in accordance with the company's policies, legal requirements, and buyer's standards. Manages the administration of human resource activities, including, but not limited to, employee relationship, employee grievances, labor disputes, voluntary or involuntary termination, disciplinary matters, performance management, promotion, compensation & benefits, recognition, training and development, and performance management.

Assists in the creation of human resource policies and procedures that are in accordance with the company's policies, legal requirements, and buyer's standards, and oversees their implementation through communications, meetings, and/or training.

Carries out competitive research and analysis to suggest and establish efficient policies that are in competition with nearby factories and that are in line with the company's business position and its engaged and retained workforce.

Oversees the implementation of learning and development and assists in its planning.

Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English (4 skills)
10 year experience in HR field
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferable
