JOB SUMMARY
The role will be responsible for setting up and manage all F&A activities such as the country financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, risk management to support two business units in their group. Job holder should have experience in a multi-national or leading local organization environment, possess the experience leadership skill to build and develop a competent finance and accounting team. Job holder should have the ability and maturity to deal with various business partners, providing value-adding advisory to BOD and is someone who is able to manage a complex and ambiguous environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Establish and be responsible for all the corporate financial and accounting functions
2. Responsible for new processes and system implementation
3. Be a key business partner to BOD and Department heads to ensure financial needs are being addressed and met
4. Set and monitor key performance indicators for achievement of targets.
5. Handle ad hoc requests from corporate offices.
6. Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
7. Oversees accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions. Meets regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer direction.
8. Reviews reports to analyze projections of business operation against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.
9. Analyzes company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, expanded, down-sized, or eliminated.

1. Master or University degree, majoring in Finance or Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification, CPA/ACCA;
2. At least 10 years’ experience working in a similar position with multinational or leading local manufacturing companies
3. Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
4. Strong local accounting and tax knowledge;
5. Excellent capacity in setting up all F&A operation process, forecasting, direction setting and implementation;
6. Strong knowledge of VAS, IAS;
7. Very strong analytical and communication skills;
8. Familiar with ERP, SAP
9. Strong ability to advise BOD on current and future investments/cash flow/ROI and profit maximisation;
10. Proven organization, leadership and interpersonal skills
