RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the overall direction and daily management of the brand training department and local store marketing. And responsible for annual and long-term profitability and competitiveness.

Business:
• Drive, enable and monitor the achievement of operational and financial results. Accomplish the growth and vision of the organization. Capture the market potential by accelerating sales planning and optimizing operating cost.
• Based on the growth objective of the organization to set sales target for each assigned areas.
• Monitor and drive the plan to enhance brand and local marketing activities to align with branding strategy.
• Ensure execution of operating standards that optimizes returns on assets and increasing profits.
• Drive operation excellence to always ensure all Stores’ Quality, Service & Cleanliness at the excellence standard with emphasis on customer service while adhering to all health and safety company standards and procedures.
• Monitor the usage of expenses within assigned budget.
• Ensure crisis management system is developed and followed as required maintaining efficient operations.

People:
• Lead and organize team to complete brand’s objectives. Build and develop team and successor(s) for future growth.
• Monitor and coach staffs to achieve their KPI.
• Coach OM and AC in lieu of company standards and people development. Ensure OM and AC to provide and follow up training and development plan of all restaurants managers to build the strong team and successors

Requirements

Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:
 High concentration and working ethics. High level attention to details and
accuracies. Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active,
integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent. Able to balance priorities,
resilient.
 Knowledge of standards or food safety and sanitation audits. Experience
with budgets, P&L statements, capital expenditures and forecasting is a
major plus.
 Strong skill in driving for results, initiative-driven, people management
and development. Customer- oriented and passionate about delivering
high quality customer service.
 Excellence computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Education
At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related fields.
Work experiences
At least 5 years experience in management of store operations. Excellence
knowledge/ experience in food/ retail business. Strong organizational and
management skills, able to manage work and team members.
