After over 12 years of solid experience in the recruitment industry, I am now a highly-qualified Consultant expertise in diversified sectors as the Trading, Industrial Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail. I am currently Senior Team Manager at Navigos Search, leading a group of professional Consultants whose focus is on the Consumer Goods and Retail industry.

I started my recruitment career with a local executive search firm and have been rapidly advancing since then. At Navigos Search, my Consumer Goods & Retail team is one of the most successful teams in the entire organization. As a highly experienced Consultant,   I have been handling high-profile executive searches for multinational corporations as well as top Vietnamese enterprises. My successful placements include senior titles such as General Director, Head of Finance and Country Manager.

I have a very collaborative approach with my clients and my team. I am motivated by constant learning and knowledge expansion.
