RESPONSIBILITIES

· Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
· Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
· Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
· Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; resolving problems; implementing change.
· Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
· Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
· Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
· Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
· Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
