I started my career in recruitment consultancy at Navigos Search after spending more than 4 years working as a project coordinator to successfully set up an office for a Japan Studies program in Vietnam.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Law or related fields.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management
• Demonstrable HR experience with HR metrics, HR systems and databases.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Strong leadership
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation skills and Microsoft Office.
