I started my career in recruitment consultancy at Navigos Search after spending more than 4 years working as a project coordinator to successfully set up an office for a Japan Studies program in Vietnam.
At Navigos Search, I work closely with a team of professional recruitment consultants in representing clients in Banking and Finance sector to attract the best talents in the market to place senior to management level positions. I have successfully fulfilled numerous placements to leading foreign and local banks, Vietnamese conglomerates and Japanese enterprises. My ability to provide insightful market information, listen and match the right people with the right jobs allows me to build an extensive network of professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
launches, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, social site presence, company website, public relations, internal communication, regulatory communications and corporate events.
Establish, own and drive a strategic internal and external communications strategy that positively affects employees’ and customers’ understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of an even stronger connection to the company and leads to a return on investment.
Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching sales targets.
Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines.
Build and manage the corporate communications budget.
Determine projects which should be completed internally and externally. Manage relationships with outside vendors as necessary.
Drive continual process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently.
Collaborate closely with managers in Marketing, Business Development and Sales.

Requirements
1.Knowledge/ Experience:
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Marketing;
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles;
Experience in Banking/ FMCG is preferable;
2.Skills:
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
Excellent written & oral communication skills, collaboration & interpersonal skills
Confident, driven and dynamic leader
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
