RESPONSIBILITIES
" Directs and coordinates budgeting activities and the implementation of organization's budget policies. Monitors actual performance against estimates and prepares annual and intermediate budgets.
" Coordinates appropriations for divisional and specific programs while balancing the need for emergency funds.
" Reviews operating budgets periodically to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
" Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
" True first level manager.
" Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets..

Requirements
Education: University Degree on finance or economic
Experience in analyst and business strategy
5 years' experience in Accounting, Finance, Planning, and Commercial related areas.
Having comprehensive knowledge of budget management, KPI setting and strategic long term planning.
Should have a good exposure to commercial teams and ways of working.
Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
Proficient skills in MS Office (excel macro programming required)
Knowledge in PDCA, have strong ability on judgment, analysis and resolve problem.
