RESPONSIBILITIES
Chịu trách nhiệm về quản lý sai lệch:
- Nhận báo cáo đúng về sự việc sai lệch và đưa ra quyết định sai lệch.
- Đánh giá nội dung của bản báo cáo phát sinh sai lệch.
- Quyết định mức độ sai lệch.
- Xác nhận và chỉ thị biện pháp xử lý sản phẩm.
- Yêu cầu thực hiện hành động khắc phục, hành động phòng ngừa.
- Quản lý tiến độ của sự việc sai lệch.
- Phân tích và báo cáo khuynh hướng sai lệch.
Chịu trách nhiệm về kiểm soát thay đổi:
- Tiếp nhận hồ sơ xin thay đổi
- Xem xét hồ sơ xin thay đổi.
- Quyết định loại thay đổi.
- Tổ chức cuộc họp đánh giá thay đổi.
- Báo cáo kết quả thảo luận về thay đổi trong nhà máy.
- Quản lý tiến độ của sự việc thay đổi.
- Xác nhận thực hiện sửa đổi tài liệu liên quan đến thay đổi.
- Xác nhận thực hiện huấn luyện đào tạo theo thay đổi.

Requirements
- Dược sĩ đại học hệ chính quy
- Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm chuyên môn về sản xuất, nghiên cứu, kiểm tra chất lượng, đảm bảo chất lượng thuốc tại các cơ sở đạt GMP trong đó có tối thiểu 2 năm làm công tác đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh
- Chăm chỉ, chủ dộng trong công việc, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chịu được áp lực công việc, có khả năng tư duy logic, thích tìm hiểu tiếp thu kiến thức mới.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng: word, excel, powerpoint
Ưu tiên :
- Có chứng chỉ hành nghề dược đủ tư cách làm người phụ trách đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các cơ sở sản xuất thuốc vô khuẩn
- Có kinh nghiệm làm quản lý
- Dược sĩ đại học tốt nghiệp đại học dược Hà Nội hoặc đại học Y dược TP Hồ Chí Minh
