1. Carry out product development and product analysis within the area of marketing and coordinate with other team members, internally and/or externally
2. Support the development of a strategic marketing plan
3. Formulate and develop marketing action plan for product launching, including:
- Planning, executing and monitoring registration & launching campaign of upcoming products.
- Conceptualizing and developing brand image for the product
- Establishing, managing and controlling marketing budget and programme for each launching
- Handling authority approvals for Advertising Permit & Developer License
- Advising, coordinating and monitoring the efforts of the appointed advertising agency
- Initiating, formulating and implementing communication plan aimed at creating awareness in the target market segment
- Being involved and assisting sales and promotion strategy and action plan formulation where required
4. Create and promote corporate and product brand awareness:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor Parklife publication, company website and fanpage.
- Contribute marketing/branding input for company’s community events
- Identify Project Awards and manage Awards Submission.
5. Project Handling Over Campaign
- Producing owner’s handbook for the handling over campaign
- Advising, coordinating and implementing after sales campaign (premium gift for customers)
6. Develop and nurture a high-performing marketing team to enable the team to execute and deliver company objective.
