Responsible for the employees and all the activities of the commercial department.
• Designs and manages the duties and processes in line with the company policies .
• Develops the goals and the strategy of the division in line with the company s business plan: continuous efforts to attract , acquire contracts for new airlines and customers
and maintain the clientele
• Responsible for the good handling of all the commercial agreements and due diligence for MOUS , MOIs and contracts.

• Ensures that the communication protects and promotes the company's image.
• Responsible for distributing the department budgets and pricing policies in line with business plan.
• Sets KPIs Key Performance Indicators for the department and the services offered at the airport in line with the signed service level agreements and IATA recommendations
