Work closely with Executive Officers to evaluate real estate investment opportunities and manage portfolio of real estate investments;
Identify and lead on researching development opportunities for land & property assessments;
Be involved in the evaluation of prospective and investment opportunities, secure land/sites for project development;
Manage/Monitor real estate transactions and the performance of investment portfolios;
Manage project’s cash flow, capital financing and project’s budget;
Be responsible for acquiring land opportunities, developing a detailed knowledge of development opportunities and competitor activity within the area;
Lead negotiations to pursue land/ property opportunities to meet land/property requirements, within annual budgets and forecasts;
Maintain a high profile with property contacts, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;
Develop and maintain knowledge of all technical aspects covering the acquisition and development of land with associated legal agreements, contracts, joint ventures and partnerships;
Lead the formulation and delivery of offers and associated due-diligence, negotiate with local authorities and registered providers, agents and lawyers to produce contracts for signature;
Be responsible for overseeing the project until legal completion and for liaising with all departments accordingly;
Manage the professional team to perform investment memos, financial analysis and recommendations for real estate transactions, market analysis and due diligence on real estate projects;
Prepare reports as requested by Executive Officers;
Others as assigned by Executive Officers.

A tertiary education qualification in finance or accounting or commerce or economics required (MBA or Masters
degree, CFA candidates are preferred);
