I started my career in recruitment consultancy at Navigos Search after spending more than 4 years working as a project coordinator to successfully set up an office for a Japan Studies program in Vietnam.

- Be responsible for pilot preparation and implementation
- Assist members in designing, detailed planning, piloting and implementation
- Coordinate with the business units and support units to carry out the tasks assigned in the scope of the Initiative such as: interviewing units to identify existing problems and find out the core causes to solve the problem
- Participate in the planning of evaluation criteria for the program that meets the project requirements for selected initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Media team on the content and form of communication initiatives.

1. Qualification, Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 10-year minimum experience in Banking, Finace; Project Management experience is preferred.
- Have had experience working in an HR ERP project before as Project Team Member
- One to have experience with HR Management System (employee data, timesheets, payroll, tax / social insurances & other statutory reporting)
