§ Responsible for all the financial and accounting functions within the Vietnam operation.
§ Monitors the adherence to the Business Principles and corporate Code of Conduct within all the units functioning on the site.
§ Controls all the financials associated with the site and recommends corrective management measures targeted at securing the overall performance of the site.
§ Ensure all proper accounting records are maintained with accuracy, timelines and completeness.
§ Ensure all statutory tax and accounting reports and filings are prepared and submitted timely and accurately.
§ Management and reporting of all tax matters.
§ Management and reporting of all cash flow and banking matters
§ Design, document and implement sound internal controls, accounting policies and procedures for financial/operational areas
§ Responsible for new processes and system implementation

§ Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification
§ Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting/finance management
§ Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
§ Experience with ERP system
§ Experience in a multi-national organization environment
§ Independent, matured and ability to manage the complex and unstructured environment
§ Proven organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
