The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Task:
• Manage portfolio’s performance, including: profitability, customer satisfaction, sale results, services, and sales channels.
• Understand the behaviors and the needs of customers in the portfolio, thereby offering recommendations on service standards, products, prices and programs for customers to increase Customer Satisfaction and Bank Effectiveness.
• Responsible for approving exceptions related to the client management portfolio, ensuring the portfolio’s performance to a high level.
• Manage the customer experience in portfolio

2. Personnel Management & Development:
• Ensure operation’s activities complying with Policies, Regulations, Procedures, Internal Guidelines, and Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
• Resources management (Development Plan, Human Resources Coordination, Training, Career roadmap, setting up a system to record and evaluate staff’s performance, etc.)
• Make and manage the budget plan according to annual plan.
• Organize the operation implementation based on the business plan and Department’s strategy.

Requirements

1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Economics, Banking and Finance.

2. Experience:
- 5 years of management experience, good knowledge of Financial Systems, Retail Banking
- Understanding Retail Products/Services
- Understanding Regulations/Operation Procedures in PFL

3. Skills:
- Qualitative analysis
