· Strengthen framework for operational risk management
· Manage operational risk target, follow and implement development strategy
· Implement tools and process to identify and assess operational risk for HR units in the bank.
· Classify the loss cases based on the standardized approach (Basel II) and update into system regularly to record loss case.
· Daily control on incidents severity and frequency in order to propose appropriate mitigation measures implementation or risk transfer.
· Develop and implement the risk self-assessment for business and support units and monitoring mechanism align with KRI.
· Report and ensure capacity sufficiency for Operational risk management process performance

- Bachelor or Master in Economics / Finance / Banking / Business Administration
- Exposed knowledge and experience in both HR and Ops Risk Management is preferable
- Well understanding in Trends of Banking & Financial Product & Services (Especially Credits) to customers
- Good knowledge in Risks (credit risk, operational risk, industry risk).
- Good in communication and team work
