* Responsible for Program Management & Governance, which involves implementing processes and procedures to accomplish objectives. Alignment entails top-down vision, goals and objectives from Business Strategy flowing through to successful completion of projects for Program objectives
* Responsible for ensuring Senior Stakeholder management and higher level of customer satisfaction
* Responsible for Budget, Cost, Resources for the portfolio
* Responsible for Infrastructure, version control and IT, entails resource allocation for successful completion of program objectives and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for Program success.

To be part of our team, you should have
* At least 10 years' experience in Program Management or Project management in Product implementation of Banking Applications or solutions for banks
* Fluent in English speaking
* Able to manage multiple cross functional projects using standard tools like Microsoft Project Plan, Collaboration and orchestrate projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control
* Able to identify Program risks, gaps and propose plan and solution
* Ability to quickly understand complex issues, clearly articulate the impacts to stakeholders and develop a plan of action.
* Competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
* Able to identify, plan and execute initiatives to improve implementation timeliness
* Experienced with managing complex banking transformation programs for leading banks in Vietnam.
* Should have experience in digital technologies especially in Internet and Mobile banking for Corporate Banking or Enterprise Banking Application – Transaction banking would be an advantage
