I started my career in recruitment consultancy at Navigos Search after spending more than 4 years working as a project coordinator to successfully set up an office for a Japan Studies program in Vietnam.

1. Innovative management
- Ensure overall progress and results of the overall initiative in the plan and pilot phase
- Determine the scope, major products, time of implementation, necessary resources, principles of the project and manage changes in the scope of project implementation (if any).
- Organize work programs on resolving issues with the Director, Innovation Team and the BOD.
- Provide professional support in the implementation phase (if required).
- Develop a professional program of risk to ensure that the initiative is implemented in accordance with the original plan

- Develop a plan for the project

1. Qualification, Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in Risk Management, Banking, Finance.
- Knowledgeable about Business Banking, SME, Commercial Bank, Wholesales Banking
- Transformation risk/ Corporate risk/ Credit risk experience is a plus.
- IT/ IT Project experience is nice to have
