RESPONSIBILITIES

- Defining and implementing the commercial/wholesale strategy.
- Leading corporate banking, institutional banking (Corporate Banking for Real Estate/ Financial Institute/ Automatics/ Air Plane/ FMCG)
- Leading transactional banking (payments, collections, internet banking, trade flows)
- Achieving the commercial/wholesale objectives through both commercial successes at the branches as well as through expanding the wholesale business activities at the head office (wholesale banking).
- Wholesale products meet with market requirements
- Wholesale banking product development costs are within budget.
- Product availability is implemented as per strategy.
- Commercial targets are met
- Ensure product satisfaction for wholesale/corporate client base.
- Wholesale Market share growth.

Requirements

1. Qualification, Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 10-year of experience in Relationship Management, Banking, Finance…; management experience is preferable
- Knowledgeable about Wholesales Banking, Corporate Banking (Real Estate/ Financial Institute/ Automatics/ Air Plane/ FMCG)
- SRM experience in Foreign Bank is a plus.
2. Critical Skills
- Strong relationship management, developing business partners skills
- Good critical & strategy thinking, analyzing, communication, problem solving, teamwork skills.
